I have a HUGE iTunes library. I also have a 8Gb iPhone. I am one of those folks that like to have access to my entire library, wherever I am. I have found nirvana with an application called ooTunes, which just released an app for the iPhone. The real beauty of this application is paring it with the ooTunes Media Server, which opens up your entire iTunes library (including Video!) to your iPhone. If you use Last.FM, Pandora, or Seeqpod, ooTunes will access those stations as well as all of the radio stations you listen to over AOL, I heart, etc.
The developer is VERY responsive! I have yet to wait more than 6 hours (even on a weekend or holiday) to receive a well thought out response to any query. Go to www.ootunes.com and try out the media server for free, and experience the true power of this great app!
